Pétrole contre organisation : l’accord Chavez-Livingstone, ou Caracas-Londres

Le président Hugo Chavez est un original, outre d’être le terrible danger pour la démocratie que nous dépeint la geste américaniste. Le Guardian décrit l’accord qu’il a passé avec le maire de Londres, le “gauchiste” (geste américaniste, suite) Ken Livingstone.

Chavez a déjà montré qu’il pouvait faire un usage à la fois politique et également original de son pétrole en vendant à bas prix à des associations US représentant des communautés pauvres (au grand dam de la geste américaniste). Avec Livingstone, Chavez livre du pétrole à Londres et Londres donne ses avis et ses conseils d’organisation à Caracas, ville connue pour son désordre et son insécurité. C’est une façon postmoderne de ressusciter la pratique du troc et de mettre en échec la paralysie politique imposée par la sclérose dogmatique des gouvernements occidentaux (celui de l’époustouflant Blair en l’occurrence) conformes à la geste américaniste, — laquelle interdit tout rapport de courtoisie et toute entente avec Chavez.

L’opposition de droite a dénoncé l’accord au nom de la défense des pauvres du Venezuela, qui nécessite de vendre le pétrole très cher. Logique humaniste bien connue, chacun sachant que le pétrole très cher bénéficie directement, du producteur au consommateur, aux pauvres.

»But opponents on the London assembly, who want to question the mayor at City Hall today, are unconvinced. Angie Bray, the leader of London's Tories, dismissed the scheme as a “socialist propaganda fest”. She said: “Ken and the president of Venezuela should be ashamed of themselves for even contemplating such a proposal. I'm sure the Venezuelans who struggle below the poverty line, many of them critically so, would be shocked at the cynical siphoning off of their main asset to provide one of the world's most prosperous cities with cheap oil.”»
