Un attentat en quête de coupables…

Con Coughlin, chroniqueur émérite du Daily Telegraph et spécialiste du quotidien londonien pour les affaires américanistes, nous donnait, ce 16 avril 2013, une chronique mélancolique sur l’attentat du marathon de Boston. Quelle différence avec 9/11 où l’affaire ne fit pas un pli… Cette fois, ce qui fut remarquable dans les heures qui ont suivi l’affreuse chose, (et même 24 heures après, et même 36 heures après), c’est le désarroi devant la multiplicité des pistes et des coupables possibles. Cela, écrit tristement Coughlin, c’est l’Amérique du président Obama, car cette diversité des possibles coupables “nous montre quel pays divisé l’Amérique est devenue”… Obama nous avait promis l’unité américaniste retrouvée et il nous a donné la division américaniste, – plus que jamais, – “ce qui est la raison pour laquelle les autorités US cherchent du côté des groupes extrémistes intérieurs autant que du côté des groupes terroristes internationaux comme al Qaïda comme suspects potentiels”…

«…Given the various narrow escapes the US has recently experienced from Islamist terror cells – the underpants bomber in Detroit, the ink cartridge bombs, the failed Times Square bombing etc – it was inevitable that, in the immediate aftermath of the bombings, the initial suspicions were that the bombings were the work of Islamist fanatics. And while that could still be the case, investigators are now turning their attention increasingly towards home-grown extreme Right-wing groups which are equally as capable of conducting such an outrage. Timothy McVeigh's attack on a Federal complex in Oklahoma in 1995 which killed 168 people was carried out in the name of his lunatic Right-wing agenda.

»Now investigators are looking at the numerous anti-government, Right-wing “Patriot” groups that have sprung up since Mr Obama came to power. In particular, they are said to be outraged at the Obama administration's attempts to introduce gun control legislation. Certainly the sharp rise in the number of Patriot groups – they have grown by a staggering 813 percent during the past four years – suggests Mr Obama's has much work to do if he is to stand any chance of healing America's deeply divided society.»

Brandon Smith, de Alt-Market.com, avait eu une autre thèse, toujours quelques heures après l’attentat. Pour lui, l’attente de la désignation d’un suspect tenait simplement aux délibérations du gouvernement, du type : “à qui faire porter le chapeau, de la façon la plus intéressante pour nous ?”. Cela, à la lumière de la citation de Rahm Emanuel, ancien chef de cabinet d’Obama reconverti dans l’une des fonctions les plus appréciées d’Al Capone (maire de Chicago), qui nous dit effectivement qu’il ne faut jamais gaspiller une bonne crise : «You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it’s an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.»

Là-dessus, Brandon Smith nous explique comment l’attaque de Boston ressemble à s’y méprendre à celles que Gladio avaient organisé en Italie, dans les années 1970, ces “années de plomb” qui furent prisonnières de la “stratégie de la tension”… Ainsi le gouvernement aurait-il organisé cette attaque avant même de songer à qui il pourrait l’attribuer. (Est-ce si absurde, grotesque, marque d’une obsession du complot et ainsi de suite ? Même cela, nous n’oserions l’affirmer, parce que même cela ne serait pas tout à fait impossible, tant tous les possibles, y compris les presque-impossibles, sont présents dans nos esprits et au bout de nos plumes comme des possibilités-après-tout…) (Sur Alt-Market.com, le 16 avril 2013.)

»…The Boston bombing already has the makings of a subversive and highly exploitable false flag event, and certain undertones remind me of the now exposed Operation Gladio, a false flag program utilized by NATO governments (including the U.S.) for decades which involved multiple bombings and mass shootings of high traffic public areas across Europe that were then falsely blamed on “left-wing terrorists”. The operation was exposed in the early 1990’s by the Italian government, and then quickly swept into the dust bin of history. Vincenzo Vinciguerra, a far-right terrorist linked to Gladio and currently serving a life-sentence for the car bomb murder of three policemen stated during sworn testimony on Gladio in March of 2001: “You had to attack civilians, the people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game…The reason was quite simple. They were supposed to force these people, the Italian public, to turn to the state to ask for greater security. This is the political logic that lies behind all the massacres and the bombings which remain unpunished, because the state cannot convict itself or declare itself responsible for what happened…”

»The strategy used by NATO was clear – terrorize the common population, target as many innocents as possible in places where they felt most comfortable and at ease, and drive the citizenry into the waiting arms of the establishment. The tactic creates the cancerous spread of public tension because the sense of “distance” from violence is removed. An attack could literally happen anytime, anywhere. A predetermined scapegoat enemy is then presented, completing the circle and galvanizing the people in the direction the establishment desires.

April 15th is tax day across the nation, and Tax Protest Day sponsored annually by Tea Party organizations across the country also just happened to fall on the 15th this year. On top of this, in Massachusetts, Patriots Day (a civic holiday celebrating the battles of Lexington and Concord) is held on the third Monday of April every year, which just happened to be the 15th this year. Oath Keepers, a constitutional organization often wrongly attacked as a “domestic extremist group” by the DHS and SPLC, just happened to have a large pro-freedom rally scheduled for the 19th of April at Lexington Green in Massachusetts. Are we starting to get the picture here?

... Nous aussi, nous l’avouons, nous avons eu cette question à l’esprit, presque une journée après l’attentat de Boston : mais qu’attendent-ils donc pour désigner le coupable ? Du temps de 9/11, ça ne traînait pas, et c’est tout juste si l’on n’était pas informé avant. Cette fois, au contraire, la restriction est la règle, avec notamment un Obama hésitant longuement à propos de l'utilisation du mot “terroriste” qu’il s’interdit d’employer dans sa première intervention, de même que toute spéculation concernant l’origine des auteurs de l’attaque. (Reuters, le 16 avril 2013 : «White House officials and investigators said it was too early to say whether the Boston attacks were carried out by a foreign or homegrown group, or to identify a motive.»)

Cela lui est vertement reproché par DEBKAFiles, qui, lui, sait parfaitement de qui il s’agit. Le site israélien, si proche des services de sécurité, entend transformer l’attentat de Boston en un argument irrésistible, à la fois pour entretenir la mobilisation contre le terrorisme islamique, à la fois pour disposer d’arguments contre les pays dont on est sûr, évidemment, qu’ils sont les sources du terrorisme, – l’Iran, certes, ferait bien l’affaire, – et une attaque contre ce pays, également. Dans une première intervention, le 16 avril 2013 encore, DEBKAFiles compara l’attitude d’Obama en l’occurrence à celle que son administration avait montrée, toujours selon DEBKAFiles, lors de l’attaque de Benghazi du 11 septembre 2012.

«Tuesday, the FBI admitted “a potential terrorist inquiry” was underway, although President Barack Obama, when he pledged justice for “the perpetrators,” carefully skirted the term “terror.” This recalls his administration’s refusal to brand as an act of terror the attack on the US consulate in Benghazi on Sept. 11, 2012, and the murder of Ambassador Chris Stevens, although it was clearly the work of an al Qaeda element. Counterterrorism experts are equally certain of the Middle East terrorist hallmarks on the Boston Marathon bombings, although it is too soon… […] Unlike the president, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, Chairperson of the Senate Intelligence Committee, had no compunctions about putting into words the general suspicion. Straight after the event, she said, “My understanding is that it’s a terrorist incident” – although it is too soon to say whether it was carried out by a foreign or domestic element.»

DEBKAFiles revient sur l’affaire quelques heures plus tard, toujours ce même 16 avril 2013. Il nous assure qu’il a des révélations nouvelles des enquêteurs eux-mêmes, qu’il s’agit d’une cellule saoudienne d’al Qaïda, et terminant par un “nous vous l’avions bien dit” en invitant à relire le texte précédent (on n’a jamais de meilleure source que soi-même écrivant quelques heures plus tôt des “révélations” sur le sujet).

Boston est donc le deuxième attentat depuis 9/11… Mais “deuxième” quoi ? Attentat d’al Qaïda ? Attentat à la bombe ? Attentat terroriste ? Attentat d'un groupe US anti-Obama ? Impossible de qualifier précisément la chose en prenant la référence sacrée, qu’il est essentiel de ne pas écarter (“depuis 9/11”). D’autres événements se sont passés depuis et il est difficile de faire de l’attaque de Boston quelque chose d’aussi purement définie que le fut 9/11, de façon à lui donner une place dans la mythologie des “époques” de la “guerre contre la Terreur” qui se sont succédées depuis 9/11. Désormais, à côté de la mythologie du terrorisme extérieure, se trouve en effet, et en très bonne place, la mythologie de la “résistance intérieure” (US).

Le site Infowars.com, qui ne cesse d’accumuler les textes depuis l’attaque de Boston en faisant jouer sa préoccupation fondamentale qui est intérieure et son hostilité au gouvernement Obama et aux libéraux-progressistes qui le soutiennent encore, est largement aidé par ces mêmes libéraux-progressistes dont nombre se sont précipités sur la “piste intérieure”. Le site reprend (le 16 avril 2013) les diverses analyses et informations qui ont suivi une intervention dite -“tweetée” de Michael Moore, le cinéaste et documentaliste progressiste dont la soutien à Obama ne s’est jamais démenti : «Tax Day. Patriots Day», écrivit Moore… Pour une fois, Infowars.com n’a pas à spéculer lui-même, il lui suffit de citer, et de citer des sources qui ne sont pas de ses amies.

Even Mediaite found Moore’s accusation over-the-top. “Documentary filmmaker Michael Moore was uncharacteristically cryptic about his thoughts on the Boston bombings, but it didn’t take a mathematical genius to figure out just what he was saying here: This must be the work of anti-government, anti-tax Tea Party right-wing whatevers, because… just because,” Andrew Kirell wrote earlier today…»

Ainsi s’impose le premier enseignement de ces premières 24 heures ou 36 heures après “la deuxième attaque terroriste la plus meurtrière aux USA depuis 9/11” (si l’on tient à la mythologie, – et l’on sait que cette mythologie-là est fondamentalement celle des USA, et que tout ce qui se passe aux USA doit être marquant pour notre civilisation toute entière, – c’est-à-dire notre contre-civilisation et le Système). Le réflexe fondamental, l’élan irréfragable de la psychologie collective aux USA depuis 9/11 a changé d’une façon extrêmement importante. Dans ce qu’on nomme “l’inconscient collectif”, qui n’est pour nous que la psychologie collective bien plus ouverte et “lisible” dans toute sa vulnérabilité face à la puissance du système de la communication qui relaie les grands courants de la perception, la situation de crise intérieure et d’affrontement avec le “centre” aux USA tient désormais une place au moins aussi importante que la situation de la guerre contre la terreur (nécessairement extérieure, nécessairement islamiste, selon les automatismes de communication). Il s’agit là d’un enseignement fondamental pour nous dire l’état d’esprit des populations comme des directions politiques du Système. En ce sens, nous dirions que les réactions de perception (qui n’ont rien à voir avec les réalités des responsabilités) suivant l’attaque du marathon de Boston nous montrent ce qui est en fait un grave revers du Système. La crise du terrorisme (extérieur), qui constituait le parfait faux-nez pour réorienter vers l’extérieur et vers le mythe 9/11, en leur ôtant toute tentation antiSystème, tous les événements incontrôlables à l’origine, et les réactions de la psychologie collective qui vont avec, a désormais un concurrent de taille, au moins aussi puissant, sinon plus, qui est la crise intérieure des USA. Ce deuxième facteur qui est désormais intronisé comme argument majeur et comme matière fondamentale de pénétration de la psychologie, met en cause, lui, directement le Système dans sa substance antiSystème évidente.
