DOD Restructures JSF Program, Reveals Nunn-McCurdy Review Began In November
DefenseAlert, March 1, 2010—The Pentagon’s top procurement official has formally announced a “comprehensive restructuring” of the Joint Strike Fighter program, revealing that the Defense Department in November quietly initiated a review—still under way—that was “undertaken as through the JSF program was in Nunn-McCurdy breach.”
